acceptance.

approval or provisional certificate of approval is

(5) Subsection (1) to (4) do not relieve any person
from liability except liability as owner of waste
that is delivered to and accepted by the operator of
a waste disposal site in accordance with law
including an applicable certificate of approval or
provisional certificate of approval.
ADL is recognized by the Ministry
of the Environment as a fully permitted waste
processing facility. We have a Provisional
Certificate of Approval, certificate number
#1967-5X4JXQ. This certificate along with Financial
Assurance means that we are allowed to receive,
store and process electronic waste and that by
accepting your waste we are accepting responsibility
and liability of that waste.
Financial Assurance is submitted to the Crown in
order to fulfill site closure requirements if the
company were to experience financial difficulties.
It would cover the cost of site clean-up and
disposal of waste that may be left on-site.
Receiving of waste is not permitted without the
receipt by the Crown of Financial Assurances.

2. Due Diligence - End Markets for Materials
and Equipment
ADL is responsible for all recovered materials that are
being sent out to recyclers. Our downstream recyclers must
conform to the same legal obligations that ADL does. If
needed we can provide you with a list of the final markets
where we send recovered materials

3. Facility visits
ADL will gladly arrange a tour of our facilities. We will
walk you through the process so you can have a better
understanding of what electronic recycling really entails.
Seeing up front the process helps you the customer better
understand how we work.
